Uploaded media and sensitive files
Uploaded images, videos, documents, and custom request files may contain sensitive personal information. MikeSullyTools uses uploaded media only to provide the processing, review, support, or custom editing workflow you requested, operate abuse checks, maintain internal review controls, and protect the service. MikeSullyTools does not sell uploaded media and does not use it for unrelated person identification, advertising profiles, or data-broker activity.
Do not upload media you are not authorized to submit.
AI, media, and infrastructure processors
Some features may send prompts, uploaded files, images, audio, video, document text, settings, generated outputs, job metadata, support details, or error logs to backend processors only to provide the requested feature, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, maintain the service, and operate support workflows. AWS is used as the primary MikeSullyTools backend processing environment for private workers, temporary job storage, logs, service operations, and paid media processing. Cloudflare handles website routing, CDN delivery, caching, security checks, edge protection, and protection for selected backend routes. Other processor categories may include hosted AI providers, media enhancement engines, Stripe payment processing, analytics, storage, logging, and anti-abuse tools.
MikeSullyTools does not sell submitted content and does not use submitted customer content to train MikeSullyTools-owned AI models. MikeSullyTools does not intentionally opt customer uploads into third-party model training unless a future feature clearly says so and asks for permission. Third-party providers may process data under their own terms, security obligations, and retention controls while providing the requested service.
Files and retention
Uploaded files used for automated processing are stored temporarily while the job runs and while the result is made available, then are automatically deleted from temporary backend or cloud storage after about 10 minutes unless still needed for an active job or a recent preview or download. Custom service request files may be retained longer while the request is reviewed, completed, declined, disputed, or followed up on for support, security, or legal reasons.
Internal status records, review notes, usage records, and payment records may also be retained as needed for accounting, fulfillment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and support.
Payments and third-party services
Payments are handled through Stripe. MikeSullyTools does not store full payment card numbers on the website. The site also relies on third-party infrastructure and security services, including AWS for backend processing and storage, Cloudflare for routing, CDN, caching, and edge security, and providers used for anti-bot verification, analytics, and conversion measurement.
Cookies and browser storage
The site uses browser storage and similar identifiers to remember unlock state, device-specific usage, request tracking state, member session tokens, signed-in account email state, password-reset handoff state, and some session preferences. Administrative or owner test sessions may also rely on browser storage for local session state. If you clear your browser storage or switch browsers, some unlocked or remembered state may need to be re-linked.
Marketing emails
Marketing emails are optional. MikeSullyTools adds an address to a marketing subscriber list only when you explicitly opt in. Service request contact emails and unlock emails are not treated as marketing consent by themselves. If you opt in, you may receive occasional product updates, launch notices, or offers, and you can unsubscribe from future marketing emails.
Sharing
Your uploaded media, contact details, and purchase records are not sold. Information may be shared only with service providers needed to operate the site, process payments, store data, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations. Internal previews, outputs, or review records are restricted to authorized administrative access needed to operate the service.
Your choices and privacy rights
You can choose not to upload media or provide contact information, but some features will not work without it. Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or more information about personal information MikeSullyTools holds about you. If you need help with a deletion or privacy request, contact the address below and include enough detail for the request to be identified.
Some requests may be limited or delayed where the information is still needed to complete a request, comply with law, prevent fraud, or resolve a dispute.
Children
MikeSullyTools is not intended for children under 13. Do not submit a request or upload a child's personal information unless you are a parent or guardian and the use is lawful.
