Use of the website
MikeSullyTools provides tools for photo enhancement, video cleanup, AI image generation, document conversion, custom editing services, and support workflows. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service, the infrastructure, or other users.
Your uploads and permissions
- You must only upload or submit content that you own or are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for keeping your own backup copies of original files.
- You should avoid uploading illegal material or unnecessarily sensitive personal information.
- If uploaded content includes another person, you are responsible for having the permissions, releases, and lawful authority needed for your submission and intended use.
- You may not submit content for identity verification, surveillance, law-enforcement matching, or unrelated biometric identification purposes through this site.
Acceptable use
- You may not use the service for fraud, impersonation, abuse, spam, or unlawful activity.
- You may not upload content that infringes copyright, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- You may not submit requests involving deceptive impersonation, non-consensual edits, harassment, revenge-style material, sexual exploitation, political or public-figure misuse, or illegal content.
- You may not attempt to disrupt the platform, bypass limits, or interfere with security measures.
Free usage, paid processing, and quotes
Free usage, paid tiers, processing limits, and custom service request options may change over time. Paid access or credits are granted only after payment is successfully confirmed. A paid processing fee reserves processing capacity, but does not by itself guarantee turnaround time, output quality, or delivery. Some larger or more complex requests may require a manual quote instead of immediate processing. If you submit a custom editing request, any quote or approval workflow shown for that request also applies. Any checkout-specific terms shown at the point of payment also apply to that purchase.
Subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and credits
MikeSullyTools is pay as you go by default. All-Tools Plus is an optional recurring monthly subscription. A successful subscription checkout and each successful renewal add the published allowance to each of the seven named credit wallets. Unused subscription credits remain in their named wallets and roll over. Canceling stops future renewals but does not remove credits already granted. The checkout shows the current price, billing interval, and applicable taxes; price changes will be presented or communicated as required before they apply.
Credit wallets are isolated and credits do not transfer between tools. After the 3 shared weekly member uses are exhausted, an eligible tool must ask for explicit confirmation before reserving a paid Document or Creator Tools credit. Other paid tools reserve the published amount before processing. When a safe validation, provider, queue, or processing failure occurs after a reservation, the exact reserved amount is restored to the same wallet. A ledger restoration is not a card refund; payment refunds remain a separate support and Stripe review.
Custom editing and manual review
Some requests may be reviewed manually before acceptance, pricing, or completion. MikeSullyTools may approve, decline, request more detail, quote a separate price, or stop work on a request when the file, request, legal risk, or operational workload makes completion impractical.
Member accounts and account security
If you create a member account, you are responsible for using a password you control and for keeping that password confidential. Optional two-factor authentication may also be offered through an authenticator app, and you are responsible for maintaining access to that authenticator if you enable it. Password reset links may be sent to the member email on file when recovery is requested, and you are responsible for protecting access to that email inbox and any recovery links delivered there. Member sessions may stay active on the browser where you sign in until you sign out, the session expires, the password is reset, or local browser storage is cleared. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in browser session and should sign out or clear local access if you no longer trust that device. MikeSullyTools may suspend, limit, or reset account access when needed for security, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
If you continue with Google, you authorize Google to provide a verified identity credential and authorize MikeSullyTools to use the verified email and Google subject identifier to associate the applicable membership. You remain responsible for protecting your Google Account and for reviewing Google's own terms and privacy controls. Revoking Google access may stop that identity method but does not cancel purchases, subscriptions, or other obligations tied to the membership.
Outputs and service availability
Processing results depend on the source file, media quality, and settings used. Results are not guaranteed to meet every expectation, and services may be updated, delayed, paused, or discontinued without notice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or relying on them.
AI, media-processing, and hosted services
Some tools use a mix of browser-local processing, AWS-backed MikeSullyTools backend services, third-party or hosted AI services, media-processing engines, Cloudflare routing, cloud storage, security, analytics, and payment providers. AWS is the primary backend processing environment for private workers, temporary job storage, logs, service operations, and paid media processing, while Cloudflare supports routing, CDN delivery, caching, security checks, and edge protection. Depending on the feature, prompts, uploaded files, images, audio, video, document text, settings, and generated outputs may be processed by these systems only to provide the requested feature, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and maintain the service.
AI outputs and automated media-processing results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for legal, financial, medical, or other professional use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them and for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit, process, download, publish, or otherwise use your content.
Generated outputs may not be unique and may resemble other material. MikeSullyTools does not guarantee that an output is copyrightable, trademark-clear, free of third-party rights, or suitable for commercial publication. You are responsible for human review, permissions, disclosures, and legal clearance before publishing, selling, spending against, or delivering an output.
Intellectual property
You retain rights in the files you upload, subject to the rights you hold in that content. Your ability to own, license, or protect generated output depends on applicable law, the source material, and any relevant provider terms; these terms do not promise exclusivity or intellectual-property protection for an output. MikeSullyTools retains rights in the platform, branding, code, and site materials. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the website itself.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MikeSullyTools is not liable for indirect losses, loss of data, service interruptions, or output quality issues. You remain responsible for the legality of the media you submit and for your use of any output.
Termination or restriction
MikeSullyTools may suspend, limit, or refuse access when needed to protect the service, enforce these terms, or respond to abuse, legal requests, or security concerns.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the site changes. Continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
